Neil Black leads a digital analytics & platform team. Black Box Personalization is the public notebook for that work: how digital metrics are collected, and how the same signals can personalize a page without hiding the mechanism.

A longer biography, and any notes on consulting, will land here later. Sign-in is not part of this version. The session helper in src/lib/auth returns an empty session so Auth.js can be added without moving the pages around.

Until then, the useful part is the Collection Lab, where this browser, its requests, and the record stored by the server are on screen at the same time.
