Location
Location
Two ways a place can show up on a request. The first is approximate and comes from the network. The second starts only when you ask this browser to share a precise point.
Privacy
The IP location is an approximate city from Vercel edge headers. It is not a street address. Latitude and longitude from those headers are stored to two decimal places, about a kilometer.
Turn it off by declining consent: the header switch, or Privacy settings in the footer. While consent is off, this page does not read a stored point, request GPS, or load map tiles.
Precise location is never collected unless you press Share precise location and accept the browser prompt. That point is rounded before it is stored, and it is kept out of the anonymous city clusters.
Location is off
Accept measurement to see the city-level point Vercel can attach to a request. The map stays unloaded until then, so tile servers do not see this browser.
